Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours may be processed on the next business day.

SaleTale reserves the right to verify orders before processing and shipment.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Inside Dhaka

  • 1–3 Business Days

Outside Dhaka

  • 2–5 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, political events, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout and may vary based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product size and weight

  • Promotional offers

  • Courier service requirements

Any applicable shipping fee will be communicated before order confirmation.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

SaleTale offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations within Bangladesh.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to SaleTale.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.

9. Damaged or Missing Items
